Yet again, “Hindus” for Human Rights, led by Rajiv Sinha of the Green Party – the so-called ‘for Hindus’ organisation are at it again and doing what they do – running a malicious smear campaign against Hindus.
The recent letter or should we say ‘rant’ raising their ‘concern’ on Diwali at London’s Trafalgar Square (Diwali on the Square) to the London Mayor exposes their anti-Hindu and Hindu hatred agenda. A very shallow, unresearched, baseless, bereft of facts, and malicious propaganda run yet again by Hindus for Human Rights (HfHR). Their appalling hatred for Hindus has become more evident in their actions (and the lack of it in some cases).
Notably, HfHR have named BAPS, NHSF, Chinmaya Mission and VHP. One must seriously question the agenda of HfHR for even remotely accusing such socio-spiritual, charitable organisations that have contributed immensely to both the Hindu community and Britain.
One need not go very far back in time to understand the credibility of BAPS. From the iconic Neasden Mandir in London (that the Mayor of London has visited on numerous occasions) to a huge BAPS Hindu mandir that was inaugurated last February in Abu Dhabi. And a fun fact for Rajiv Sinha’s HfHR – the land was donated by the UAE government. It speaks volumes about the diversity, values of peace and harmony, and the respect BAPS has across the world.
Similarly, one should learn better about the other organisations listed without having any preconceived notions and prejudice if the intentions are honest.
On the contrary, we are yet to hear a word of condemnation from Hindus for Human Rights on the atrocities and acts of violence committed against Hindus and other minorities in Bangladesh, Pakistan or any other country for that matter.
Do we need any further evidence of the malicious intentions of Hindus for Human Rights? Or that the organisation represent Hindus at all?
Let us be alert and aware of the group and its backers masquerading as Hindus.
