Key Safety Measures
Be Aware of Your Surroundings
Stay alert when visiting temples, community centres, or attending cultural events
Be mindful of unusual behaviour or individuals who seem out of place
Trust your instincts if something feels wrong
Secure Your Property
Ensure your home and business premises have adequate security measures
Consider installing CCTV cameras (indoor and outdoor), a burglar alarm and proper lighting
Be cautious about sharing personal information or travel plans on social media
When Travelling
Inform trusted family or friends of your whereabouts
Use well-lit, busy routes when possible
