Complaint Process for Ofcom: Step-by-Step Guide


Ofcom is the UK’s communications regulator. It regulates the TV, radio and video-on-demand sectors, fixed-line telecoms, mobiles, and postal services, plus the airwaves over which wireless devices operate.

In order to complain about the BBC, you must have a BBC complaint case number that looks like CAS-1234567-A1B2C3.
