In order to complain about the BBC, you must have a BBC complaint case number that looks like CAS-1234567-A1B2C3.

Step 4 – Your details
Fill in the form with your personal details.
Click on Next.
Step 5 – Your complaint to the BBC
Go to your emails and save the response email you received from the BBC and attach it here.

Step 6 – Submit
Submit your complaint.
