India’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi was officially invited to the historic and iconic inauguration ceremony of the first Hindu Mandir (temple) in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The ceremony will take place at BAPS Hindu Mandir on 14 February 2024.

This Mandir enhances PM Modi’s vision for global harmony following India’s spiritual leadership of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam – the world is one family – and strengthens bonds with Middle Eastern countries.

Swami Brahmaviharidas of BAPS further commented on the glorious centenary celebrations and the temple’s grandeur for millennial times to come.

Mandirs provide sacred grounds for the worship of one Bhagavan (supreme being) in many forms. Mandirs are the sacred foundation for spiritually charged and uplifting energy, for inward reflection and strength.
